Plenty of workshops sell a service without ever telling you what is in it. We would rather show you. Every service covers the items below, matched to what your vehicle actually needs at its age and kilometres, and you get a written note of anything worth watching before the next one is due.

Not sure when it was last done?
Most vehicles want a service every 10,000 to 15,000 kilometres or once a year, whichever lands first. Short trips, towing and stop-start driving all pull that forward. If you have no idea when it was last serviced, that is fine and it is common. Tell us the make, model and roughly what it has done and we will work it out from the vehicle itself.

The service questions we get most
How often should I service my car?
As a rule of thumb every 10,000 to 15,000 kilometres or once a year, whichever comes first. Older vehicles and vehicles doing a lot of short trips benefit from more frequent servicing.
Do you use the right oil for my vehicle?
Yes. Oil grade is specified by the manufacturer and using the wrong one shortens engine life. We match the grade to your vehicle rather than using one oil for everything.
Will servicing here affect my new car warranty?
Servicing at an independent workshop does not void a new vehicle warranty in New Zealand, provided the service is done to the manufacturer schedule and recorded. We record what was done so your history stays intact.
Can you service it while I wait?
A standard service usually takes a couple of hours. Let us know when you book and we will schedule it so you are not left without the car longer than you need to be.
If the vehicle is close to its warrant date it is usually worth doing both together, so book the WOF inspection on the same visit. Anything the service turns up gets quoted before we touch it.
